Ingredients
- 2 c. long grain rice
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 c. sherry wine
- chicken
- 1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
Method
- Mix in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan the rice, soup and wine. Lay chicken pieces on top.
- Sprinkle with soup mix.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake at 300° for 3 hours.
