Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1 can beef broth
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 c. raw long grain rice
Method
- Cook onion in margarine until tender.
- Dissolve bouillon cubes in one can of water.
- Add bouillon, broth and mushrooms to onion. Bring to a boil.
- Pour over rice in casserole.
- Bake, uncovered, 1 hour at 350°.
