Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 5 c. potatoes
  • 1 lb. wieners

Method

  • Melt butter and mix in next 4 ingredients.
  • Add both milks. Bring to boil and boil for 1 minute or until thick.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese and parsley flakes.
  • Boil potatoes and cut in cubes; place in casserole dish.
  • Cut up wieners and add to potatoes; mix in sauce.
  • Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
