Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 5 c. potatoes
- 1 lb. wieners
Method
- Melt butter and mix in next 4 ingredients.
- Add both milks. Bring to boil and boil for 1 minute or until thick.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and parsley flakes.
- Boil potatoes and cut in cubes; place in casserole dish.
- Cut up wieners and add to potatoes; mix in sauce.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
