Ingredients
- 2 small boxes instant chocolate pudding
- 2 envelopes Dream Whip
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
- 2 (9-inch) deep dish pie crusts, baked
- Baker's chocolate, grated
- 1 tsp. instant coffee
Method
- Bake pie shells as directed; let cool.
- In large bowl, combine the instant pudding, Dream Whip, milk and vanilla.
- Mix with hand mixer.
- Add instant coffee; mix.
- Add Cool Whip, mixing thoroughly.
- Pour into pie shells.
- Top with grated chocolate and refrigerate.
