Ingredients

  • 2 small boxes instant chocolate pudding
  • 2 envelopes Dream Whip
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
  • 2 (9-inch) deep dish pie crusts, baked
  • Baker's chocolate, grated
  • 1 tsp. instant coffee

Method

  • Bake pie shells as directed; let cool.
  • In large bowl, combine the instant pudding, Dream Whip, milk and vanilla.
  • Mix with hand mixer.
  • Add instant coffee; mix.
  • Add Cool Whip, mixing thoroughly.
  • Pour into pie shells.
  • Top with grated chocolate and refrigerate.
