Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground venison
- 6 oz. lasagna noodles
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 c. small curd cottage cheese
- 1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
Method
- Cook noodles in salted water.
- Brown meat and onion in oil. Drain.
- Add oregano and sauce to meat.
- Simmer for 15 minutes. Layer noodles, cottage cheese, meat sauce and Mozzarella cheese in pan.
- Repeat.
- Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
