Ingredients
- 1 c. wheat flour
- 1 1/4 c. quick oats
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. nuts
Method
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Cream sugar and butter.
- Add in Large eggs and lowfat milk.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Add in raisins and nuts.
- Drop by tsp.
- on cookie sheet.
- Bake 10 to 12 min at 350 degrees.
