Ingredients
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/3 c. margarine
- 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. Kellogg's low-fat granola cereal
Method
- Combine flour, soda, salt and spices.
- Set aside.
- In large mixing bowl, beat margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add egg whites and vanilla.
- Beat well.
- Stir in flour mixture, mixing until well combined.
- Add cereal.
- Drop by level measuring tablespoon onto baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
- Bake at 375° for 9 to 12 minutes until edges start to turn brown.
- Cool on wire racks.
