Ingredients
- 3 sq. unsweetened chocolate
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2/3 c. condensed milk
- 2 2/3 c. coconut
Method
- Melt chocolate with butter in saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in eggs, sugar, flour and vanilla.
- Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan. Combine milk and coconut; spoon over chocolate mixture, leaving 1/2-inch to 1-inch border.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
- Cool before serving.
