Ingredients
- 4 skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
Method
- Add in chicken broth, cornstarch and soy sauce to small frying pan.
- Bring to a boil.
- Add in 4 small skinless chicken breasts.
- When chicken is about half way done, add in white wine and salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover till chicken is done.
- Make sure chicken does not cook too long or possibly it will be dry.
- Makes 2 servings.
