Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 1 c. milk
- 2 oz. Cheddar cheese
Method
- Melt butter in a saucepan and add flour.
- Cook, stirring, until bubbly.
- Add mustard, salt, pepper and gradually add the milk.
- Stir constantly to avoid lumps.
