Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 can beef consomme
- 1 small bottle soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
Method
- Marinate the brisket in the marinade in refrigerator for 24 hours.
- Place brisket in a large pan with large piece of foil. Pour marinade over meat.
- Seal foil edges together and bake at 250° for 4 hours.
- Uncover and bake for 2 to 3 more hours.
