Ingredients
- 2 lb. cubed steak
- flour
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 tsp. garlic
- 2 Tbsp. paprika
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Cut steak in small pieces.
- Dip in flour.
- Place in skillet to brown.
- Remove steak.
- In same oil, cook onions and garlic; mix other seasonings.
- Put meat back in skillet; simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
