- 1 12 cups mayonnaise
- 14 cup water (optional)
- 14 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon creole mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
Method
- Whisk together all ingredients until blended.
- Store in the refrigerator up to 1 week.
- Note: Add water lastly.
- I prefer the sauce on the thicker side.
- Use as you would regular bbq sauce and serve some on the side.
