- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. pumpkin (canned)
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon (ground)
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/8 tsp. cloves
- 1/3 c. walnuts, chopped
- 1 egg
- vegetable cooking spray
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Place all the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
- Blend well. Spray an 8 x 8-inch baking pan with vegetable cooking spray.
- Spread batter evenly.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Makes 12 squares.
