Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (3 ounce.) creamed cheese
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar, sifted
  • 3 ounce. creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. non-dairy whipped topping, whipped
  • 2 ounce. peanuts, finely minced
  • 1 graham cracker pie crust

Method

  • Whip cream cheese at low speed till soft and fluffy.
  • Beat in sugar and peanut butter at medium speed.
  • Slowly add in lowfat milk and fold topping into mix.
  • Turn mix into prepared pie shell and sprinkle with the finely minced nuts.
  • Freeze till hard.
  • Remove pie from freezer 1/2 hour before cutting and serving.
  • The amounts of creamed cheese and peanut butter may be changed to suit your taste.
