Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (3 ounce.) creamed cheese
- 1 c. confectioners sugar, sifted
- 3 ounce. creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. non-dairy whipped topping, whipped
- 2 ounce. peanuts, finely minced
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
Method
- Whip cream cheese at low speed till soft and fluffy.
- Beat in sugar and peanut butter at medium speed.
- Slowly add in lowfat milk and fold topping into mix.
- Turn mix into prepared pie shell and sprinkle with the finely minced nuts.
- Freeze till hard.
- Remove pie from freezer 1/2 hour before cutting and serving.
- The amounts of creamed cheese and peanut butter may be changed to suit your taste.
