Ingredients
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 c. skim milk
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. chicken-flavor instant bouillon
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. Green Giant American mixtures Western style frozen potatoes, green beans, onions and red peppers
- 3 c. cubed chicken breast
- 1 (4 oz.) can Pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 1 Tbsp. skim milk
Method
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Spray 12 x 8-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In large saucepan, stir flour into 2 cups milk; blend well.
- Stir in mustard, bouillon and pepper.
- Cook over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens, stirring frequently.
- Add vegetables and chicken; cook 5 to 7 minutes or until vegetables are completely thawed and warm, stirring occasionally.
