Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 c. skim milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. chicken-flavor instant bouillon
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. Green Giant American mixtures Western style frozen potatoes, green beans, onions and red peppers
  • 3 c. cubed chicken breast
  • 1 (4 oz.) can Pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 1 Tbsp. skim milk

Method

  • Heat oven to 350°.
  • Spray 12 x 8-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In large saucepan, stir flour into 2 cups milk; blend well.
  • Stir in mustard, bouillon and pepper.
  • Cook over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens, stirring frequently.
  • Add vegetables and chicken; cook 5 to 7 minutes or until vegetables are completely thawed and warm, stirring occasionally.
