- 3 to 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3/4 c. sliced almonds
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 2 c. cooked egg noodles
- potato chips
Method
- Combine all ingredients and place in buttered 9 x 12-inch pan. Top with crushed potato chips. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
