Ingredients
- 1 c. seedless raspberry preserves
- 1/3 c. honey
- 1 c. red wine or raspberry vinegar
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. poppy seed
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Combine ingredients in a blender; blend for about 40 seconds or until dressing has a creamy pink appearance.
