Ingredients

  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 2 c. dates, chopped
  • 1/2 cake paraffin
  • 2 small pkg. butterscotch chips

Method

  • Mix peanut butter, dates, nuts and butter.
  • Add powdered sugar slowly.
  • Make into 3/4-inch by 2-inch rolls.
  • Chill overnight. Melt paraffin wax and butterscotch chips.
  • Dip rolls in wax and butterscotch with a fork.
  • Place on wax paper.
  • Place wax paper on cookie pan.
