Ingredients
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 2 c. dates, chopped
- 1/2 cake paraffin
- 2 small pkg. butterscotch chips
Method
- Mix peanut butter, dates, nuts and butter.
- Add powdered sugar slowly.
- Make into 3/4-inch by 2-inch rolls.
- Chill overnight. Melt paraffin wax and butterscotch chips.
- Dip rolls in wax and butterscotch with a fork.
- Place on wax paper.
- Place wax paper on cookie pan.
