Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (13 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1/2 c. light corn syrup
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Method

  • Rinse chicken and pat dry.
  • Arrange skin side up in baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix butter, pineapple, syrup, lemon juice, soy sauce, ginger, salt and pepper.
  • Mix well.
  • Spoon over chicken. Bake at 350° for 60 minutes, basting frequently with sauce.
