Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- 1 small, chopped onion
- 1 small, chopped bell pepper
- 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 can milk or more
Method
- Season pork chops with garlic salt, onion salt and black pepper.
- Brown in small amount of oil, then remove and place in baking dish.
- Saute the onion and bell pepper in skillet, then add the soups and milk.
- Cook these together until mixed into a gravy, then pour over the pork chops and bake for about 1 1/2 hours at 375°.
