Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 small, chopped onion
  • 1 small, chopped bell pepper
  • 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 can milk or more

Method

  • Season pork chops with garlic salt, onion salt and black pepper.
  • Brown in small amount of oil, then remove and place in baking dish.
  • Saute the onion and bell pepper in skillet, then add the soups and milk.
  • Cook these together until mixed into a gravy, then pour over the pork chops and bake for about 1 1/2 hours at 375°.
