Ingredients
- 6 c. apple cider or juice
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 c. honey
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 1 (18 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple juice (2 1/4 cups)
- orange slices
- cinnamon sticks
Method
- Heat cider and 1 cinnamon stick to boiling.
- Decrease heat. Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
- Uncover and stir in remaining ingredients, except orange slices and cinnamon sticks.
- Simmer 5 minutes longer.
- Serve in punch bowl.
- Float orange slices on top. Use cinnamon sticks as stirrers.
