Ingredients
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. biscuit (baking) mix
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, softened
- 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
Method
- Heat oven to 400°.
- Blend milk, eggs, biscuit mix, sugar, extract and margarine in blender for 15 seconds or beat on high speed of mixer for 1 minute.
- Pour into greased 10-inch pie pan or 11 x 7-inch baking pan.
- Spoon cherry filling over the top.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
