Ingredients

  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. biscuit (baking) mix
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, softened
  • 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. almond extract

Method

  • Heat oven to 400°.
  • Blend milk, eggs, biscuit mix, sugar, extract and margarine in blender for 15 seconds or beat on high speed of mixer for 1 minute.
  • Pour into greased 10-inch pie pan or 11 x 7-inch baking pan.
  • Spoon cherry filling over the top.
  • Bake 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
