Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
- 2 pkg. strawberry jello (small boxes)
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
- 1 (13 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
Method
- Dissolve jello in boiling water.
- Add strawberries and stir until strawberries are melted.
- Add pineapple and juice.
- Place half the mixture in a mold.
- Let set in refrigerator, then spread over the 1 cup sour cream carefully.
- Pour over remaining half of jello mixture.
- Allow to set at least 4 to 5 hours.
