Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
  • 2 pkg. strawberry jello (small boxes)
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
  • 1 (13 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice

Method

  • Dissolve jello in boiling water.
  • Add strawberries and stir until strawberries are melted.
  • Add pineapple and juice.
  • Place half the mixture in a mold.
  • Let set in refrigerator, then spread over the 1 cup sour cream carefully.
  • Pour over remaining half of jello mixture.
  • Allow to set at least 4 to 5 hours.
