Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh trout fillet
- fresh lemon quarter
- 1 c. grapes
- 1 c. fresh pecans
- 1/3 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/8 c. white wine
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- salt and pepper
Method
- Make a crimp tent of foil for fish; cook 15 minutes at 400°. Saute mushrooms, grapes, pecans, wine, butter and olive oil. Start fish and saute same time.
- Squeeze lemon on fish just before serving.
- Cover fish with sauteed combination.
