Ingredients
- 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 1/4 c. skim milk
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 2 dashes nutmeg
- dash of salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
Method
- Scald milk; add sugar and salt.
- Stir until dissolved.
- Add rice, vanilla and nutmeg.
- Pour into a casserole and bake in slow oven (250°) about 45 minutes.
- Stir during cooking.
- Chill before serving.
