Ingredients
- 3 Vidalia onions, sliced
- 4 small potatoes, sliced
- 1/4 lb. chicken breast, cut in strips
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 stick oleo, melted
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In large casserole dish, make alternating layers of onions, potatoes and chicken.
- Mix together soup and oleo and spread over evenly.
- Bake 1 hour.
