Ingredients
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 3/4 to 1 c. sugar
- 2 c. pecan halves
Method
- Combine juice and sugar in a 2-quart glass baking dish. Mix well. Stir in pecans. Microwave 6 minutes on High. Stir and continue cooking 8 to 10 minutes on Medium-high or until syrup crystallizes. Separate and cool glazed nuts on a buttered cookie sheet. (Watch carefully while cooking; easy to burn.)
