Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean venison
- 1/2 lb. bacon
- 1 tsp. lemon peel
- 1/8 tsp. thyme
- 1/8 tsp. marjoram
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 egg
Method
- Grind the venison with the bacon. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix well and form into patties. Cook until well done.
