Ingredients
- 1 c. corn meal (self-rising)
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 3/4 c. buttermilk
Method
- Mix corn meal, flour, egg and buttermilk until creamy.
- Blend. Pour vegetable oil into pan.
- Coat bottom of pan.
- Pour remaining oil into mixture and stir.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
