Ingredients

  • 1 pound fish sticks frozen, thawed and halved
  • 1 red pepper deseeded and diced
  • 1 yellow pepper deseeded and diced
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 2/3 pounds frozen french fries
  • 1 pound frying oil
  • pepperoni
  • olives
  • lemon slices
  • parsley

Method

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Thread halved fish fingers alternately with peppers onto metal skewers. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Brush with oil and lemon juice and bake for 20 mins.
  • Meanwhile, heat the frying oil to 350°F and fry french fries for 3-4 mins until golden brown. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towel. Garnish kebabs with pepperoni, olives, lemon slices, and parsley. Serve with the fries.
