Ingredients
- 3 to 4 lb. roast
- 1/2 envelope onion mushroom soup
Method
- Place roast on a large piece of heavy aluminum foil.
- Sprinkle soup over roast.
- Bring edges of foil together so that it is sealed tightly.
- Place in shallow baking dish and bake 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
- Thicken juice for gravy, if desired.
