Ingredients
- 3/4 c. cooked rice
- 1 pkg. frozen broccoli
- 1/2 c. water chestnuts
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese or buttered bread crumbs
Method
- Cook rice.
- Cook broccoli until tender in small amount of water.
- Place 1 layer of cooked rice in casserole, then mix water chestnuts with broccoli over rice.
- Add mushroom soup to which milk has been added.
- Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
