Ingredients

  • 1-1/4 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 tsp. each: salt and black pepper
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 pkg. (12 oz.) frozen broccoli florets
  • 4 cups ORE-IDA Diced Hash Brown Potatoes
  • 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut up
  • 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg

Method

  • Spray large skillet with cooking spray.
  • Add chicken; cook and stir on medium-high heat 4 min.
  • or until no longer pink.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add water, broccoli and potatoes; stir.
  • Cover.
  • Cook 5 to 7 min.
  • or until potatoes are tender, stirring frequently.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients; cook until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is heated through, stirring frequently.
