- 2 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 1/3 c. Italian dressing
- 3 carrots, shredded
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 small green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 c. alfalfa sprouts
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- Heat oven to 425°.
- Mix baking mix and water until soft dough forms.
- Roll or pat dough into 12-inch circle on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Pinch edge of circle, forming 1/2-inch rim.
- Mix remaining ingredients; spoon over dough.
- Bake until crust is golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
