Ingredients

  • 2 c. Bisquick baking mix
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 1/3 c. Italian dressing
  • 3 carrots, shredded
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 small green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. alfalfa sprouts
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Method

  • Heat oven to 425°.
  • Mix baking mix and water until soft dough forms.
  • Roll or pat dough into 12-inch circle on ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Pinch edge of circle, forming 1/2-inch rim.
  • Mix remaining ingredients; spoon over dough.
  • Bake until crust is golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
