Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Linseeds
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Chia
  • 1 tbsp Almonds

Method

  • Grind each ingredient individually in a coffee/spice grinder.
  • Mix everything in a sealable container and shake to mix.
  • Store in the refridgerator.
  • This is based on the 'liver cleansing' LSA mix with the addition of Chia.
  • It can easily be doubled etc.
  • Made fresh it is so much tastier than the bought mixes that can easily be rancid when purchased.
  • Great on cereal, sprinkled on a salad, added to a smoothy...endless ways to enjoy it.
