Ingredients

  • 150 g frozen broad beans
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 200 g potatoes, peeled and thickly sliced
  • 150 g lamb steak
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 5 g onion-garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp dried rosemary

Method

  • Cook fava beans in boiling salted water for about 20 mins then drain and set aside.
  • Meanwhile, heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan and saute potatoes over medium heat for 10 mins. Add lamb chops and cook for 10 mins.
  • Whisk 2 tbsp oil, vinegar, and onion-garlic paste with a pinch of sugar and season. Toss with drained beans and serve with lamb and potatoes. Garnish with rosemary.
