- 1 lb. ground beef, browned
- 1 large onion
- 1 qt. whole tomatoes, crushed
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 cubes chicken bouillon
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 head small cabbage, cut up
- 3 potatoes, diced
- 1 lb. pkg. mixed veggies
- 1/2 c. tomato juice
- 2 qt. boiling water
Method
- Brown ground beef, then add tomatoes and water.
- Then add all other ingredients and cook for 45 minutes hard.
- Then simmer for 30 minutes on a lower heat.
