Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef, browned
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 qt. whole tomatoes, crushed
  • 1 tsp. celery salt
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 cubes chicken bouillon
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 head small cabbage, cut up
  • 3 potatoes, diced
  • 1 lb. pkg. mixed veggies
  • 1/2 c. tomato juice
  • 2 qt. boiling water

Method

  • Brown ground beef, then add tomatoes and water.
  • Then add all other ingredients and cook for 45 minutes hard.
  • Then simmer for 30 minutes on a lower heat.
