Ingredients
- 2 pkg. crescent rolls
- 1 pkg. dry original Ranch dressing
- 1/2 bunch cauliflower, chopped
- 1/2 bunch broccoli, chopped
- 3 carrots, chopped
- 1 pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. mayo
Method
- Pat 2 packages of crescent rolls onto a cookie sheet.
- Bake crescent rolls at 375° for 10 to 13 minutes.
- Mix cream cheese, Ranch dressing and mayo together.
- Add 1/2 of chopped vegetables to mixture.
- Spread onto cooled crust.
- Sprinkle remaining vegetables on top and pat down.
