Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. crescent rolls
  • 1 pkg. dry original Ranch dressing
  • 1/2 bunch cauliflower, chopped
  • 1/2 bunch broccoli, chopped
  • 3 carrots, chopped
  • 1 pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. mayo

Method

  • Pat 2 packages of crescent rolls onto a cookie sheet.
  • Bake crescent rolls at 375° for 10 to 13 minutes.
  • Mix cream cheese, Ranch dressing and mayo together.
  • Add 1/2 of chopped vegetables to mixture.
  • Spread onto cooled crust.
  • Sprinkle remaining vegetables on top and pat down.
