Ingredients

  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 c. quick-cooking oatmeal
  • 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1 c. butter, softened
  • 12 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch

Method

  • In a large mixing bowl, stir together flour, oatmeal and brown sugar. Using a pastry blender or 2 knives, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Reserve 1 1/2 cups of the crumbs. Press remaining crumbs into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake in a 350° oven for 15 minutes.
