Ingredients
- 2 (16 oz.) cans Veg-All, drained
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 small can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. shredded sharp cheese
Method
- Mix together and add salt and pepper. Place in a greased casserole dish. Crumble 1 stack of Ritz crackers and sprinkle over top. Melt 1 stick of margarine and drizzle over. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
