Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. sugar
Method
- Beat whites, cream of tartar, salt, vinegar and vanilla until peaks form.
- Slowly add sugar.
- Bake on greased cookie
- sheet at 275° for 1 hour.
- Leave in oven until cool with the door closed. Makes 9 big ones or 13 to 14 small ones.
