Ingredients
- 2 lb. pkg. carrots, cut into 1/4-inch slices (cook to tender-crisp)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 c. tomato soup
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
Method
- Mix all ingredients and chill overnight.
