Ingredients
- 2 cans mixed vegetables, drained
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 can mushroom soup (undiluted)
- Ritz crackers
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
Method
- Combine all ingredients, except crackers. Pour into baking dish. Crumble 1 roll of crackers and mix with 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine. Sprinkle generously on top of vegetables. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes until brown.
