Ingredients
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. garlic salt, powder or juice
- 1/4 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. corn oil
Method
- Mix all ingredients together until sugar is dissolved.
- (The recipe will make sauce for up to 3 pounds of chicken wings.) Remove tips from wings and cut wings in two pieces.
- Marinate chicken wings in refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight.
- Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350°.
