Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes, cooked
- 2 -3 tablespoons margarine (I always use margarine and it always turns out great!) or 2 -3 tablespoons butter, melted (I always use margarine and it always turns out great!)
- 14-12 teaspoon garlic salt
- 18-14 teaspoon pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Cut potatoes into about six to eight pieces EACH.
- Melt margarine or butter in the microwave for about 30 seconds, depending on the microwave strength.
- Add seasonings to melted margarine/butter.
- Toss potatoes in butter.
- Move potatoes to nonstick baking pan and bake for 10-15 minutes (depending on how crispy you want them), tossing once or twice.
- Serve hot.
