Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes, cooked
  • 2 -3 tablespoons margarine (I always use margarine and it always turns out great!) or 2 -3 tablespoons butter, melted (I always use margarine and it always turns out great!)
  • 14-12 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 18-14 teaspoon pepper

Method

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Cut potatoes into about six to eight pieces EACH.
  • Melt margarine or butter in the microwave for about 30 seconds, depending on the microwave strength.
  • Add seasonings to melted margarine/butter.
  • Toss potatoes in butter.
  • Move potatoes to nonstick baking pan and bake for 10-15 minutes (depending on how crispy you want them), tossing once or twice.
  • Serve hot.
