Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. salad dressing
- 4 (4 oz.) fish fillets or chicken breasts, cut up
- 1/2 c. broccoli
- 1/2 c. cauliflower
- 1/2 c. green onions
- 3/4 c. green pepper
- 3/4 c. summer squash
- 1/2 c. tomatoes
Method
- Preheat wok.
- Add 2 tablespoons salad dressing and fish fillets or chicken.
- Sprinkle 2 tablespoons chicken soup over fish or chicken.
- Watch closely and stir often.
- Just a few minutes before hot, add fresh or partially thawed frozen vegetables. Cover and let simmer until done.
