Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. salad dressing
  • 4 (4 oz.) fish fillets or chicken breasts, cut up
  • 1/2 c. broccoli
  • 1/2 c. cauliflower
  • 1/2 c. green onions
  • 3/4 c. green pepper
  • 3/4 c. summer squash
  • 1/2 c. tomatoes

Method

  • Preheat wok.
  • Add 2 tablespoons salad dressing and fish fillets or chicken.
  • Sprinkle 2 tablespoons chicken soup over fish or chicken.
  • Watch closely and stir often.
  • Just a few minutes before hot, add fresh or partially thawed frozen vegetables. Cover and let simmer until done.
