Ingredients
- 4 veal cutlets
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. flour
- oil (for frying)
- 4 Tbsp. tomato sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Roll veal in flour, dip in egg and roll in cracker crumbs. Heat a small amount of oil in skillet; brown veal on both sides. Remove from skillet and put in baking dish.
- Put 1 tablespoon tomato sauce on each veal cutlet.
- Cover dish with foil and bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
