Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Pour batter onto hot griddle into desired pancake size.
- Flip over to brown other side.
- You can check center to see if cooked all the way through.
- Serve with butter and syrup of your choice.
