Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 c. milk
- 2 c. half and half
- 1/2 c. coconut
Method
- In a large bowl, beat eggs until light and fluffy.
- Beat in sugar, pudding mix and milk until smooth.
- Stir in half and half and coconut.
- Pour into ice cream freezer and freeze.
- Makes 2 quarts.
